“We came to bobbie food world for our wedding cake after being disappointed by the flavorless, run-of-the-mill tastings at more established Boston bakers. Bobbie’s an amazing and imaginative baker, and they hosted a tasting for us that blew us away. We settled on a lemon almond sponge cake with sour raspberry jam and lemon brown butter cream cheese frosting. Our guests were obsessed. Bobbie also listened carefully to our vision for a simple aesthetic and was open to baking a special small cake for a guest with dietary restrictions. It’s obvious that their baking is not only a job but an endeavor of craft, creativity, and care. I only wish we’d had more time at the wedding to eat more than three bites of the BEST CAKE EVER.
